ComputED's staff and directors are educators who provide the finest computer education for children and adults in the San Diego area. In-services are offered to classroom teachers and school districts on how to implement technology in the classroom and select appropriate educational software.
The ComputED Gazette is sponsor of two national software awards: The Education Software Review Awards (EDDIES) in the spring, and the Best Educational Software Awards (BESSIES) in the winter. Contestants may choose to have their software entries retained for previewing by parents and educators. Clients are referred to software publishers for purchasing options.
