Entry Information: A single entry fee of $675 (per software publisher or website) is required for submission of one entry. Add $400 for each additional entry. Please provide website access/logins if applicable.  Deadline for receipt of entries is August 19, 2016.

Payment information:

  1. Checks: Please make payable to "Joan Yap" and mail to 2588 El Camino Real F339, Carlsbad, CA 92008. [Note: Checks not payable through a US bank must include a $25 processing fee.]
  2. Credit card payments are only accepted through PayPal.com and must include a $25 processing fee  (the basic entry fee through PayPal is $700). Please credit the account  editor@computedgazette.com
